Refund/Return Policy

Due to the nature and format of our products and services, a limited refund policy is offered.

After an order is placed, work in some form is commenced immediately on the order.

If in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same or other item of equal value.

We will also try are best to give you what you want and make small adjustment / modification after the job is complete if we feel the request is reasonable. In this case, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with altering custom work.

If you qualify for a refund, you will not receive your refund until we receive your returned mask. We will refund your credit card/PayPal account 50% of your initial cost, less any shipping charges incurred, within 30 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).

By placing an order via our site and making a payment you are agreeing to these terms, regardless of if you have read them or not.

Chargeback Policy:

If at any time after you have placed your order and made a payment for the product/service from our site you then attempt to file a Charge back we reserve the right to discontinue any further transaction we may have with you.
